ANSBACH, Germany (March 31, 2017) – To celebrate March as Women’s History Month, U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach held a lunchtime event Thursday at the Wings of Victory Dining Facility at Katterbach Kaserne.
The 12th Combat Aviation Brigade and garrison Equal Opportunity advisers hosted the event, which featured a keynote address by Lynn Daniels, chief of the Environmental Division of the Directorate of Public Works.
During her remarks, Daniels talked about the achievements made by and adversity overcome by women in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics career field, or STEM, as well her own experiences within her career.

Following her remarks, Philip E. Romanelli, deputy to the USAG Ansbach commander, presented Daniels with a plaque thanking her.
