USAG Ansbach leaders serve up Thanksgiving cheer to Soldiers

ANSBACH, Germany – In keeping with a time-honored U.S. Army Thanksgiving tradition U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach (USAG Ansbach) Commander Col. Benjamin Jones, accompanied by Command Sgt. Maj. Derek Cuvellier and Mr. Philip Romanelli, Deputy to the Garrison Commander, led community leaders in serving up a hearty Thanksgiving meal to Soldiers on Wednesday, Nov. 22 at the Wings of Victory Dining Facility (DFAC) on Katterbach Kaserne.

Jones and USAG Ansbach staff members – Soldiers as well as civilians – stepped up to the hospitality line to cheerfully serve up a special DFAC menu with all the Thanksgiving trimmings  along with ample portions of holiday cheer, in keeping with the Army custom of leaders serving a holiday meal to subordinates.
