ANSBACH, Germany (June 27, 2016) — The Katterbach Fitness Center is scheduled to offer new programs starting July 6. Here is what patrons can look forward to:
Zumba: Zumba will be offered Mondays at 6 p.m. and Wednesdays at 10 a.m. The Wednesday class will be kid-friendly.
‘Simply Just Move’: This class will be offered only for the first two Wednesdays of July from 6 to 7 p.m. It will be in form of a workshop and will consist of a series of classes including yoga, kickboxing and aerobics-based physical fitness training.
Cardiovascular orientation: This program will cater for patrons seeking information or training on how to use the cardiovascular machines. These include recumbent and seated bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, StairMaster machines, the Versa Climber, Jacob’s Ladder, and adaptive motion trainers.
Weight Training: This program will be geared toward patrons seeking information on how to use the selectorized weight-training machines.
The cardiovascular training program will be offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m., while the weight training is scheduled from 5 to 6 p.m. (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
The cardiovascular and weight training programs each require a minimum of one patron and a maximum of four patrons. Aspiring participants MUST sign up at or call the Katterbach Fitness Center at least two hours before the start of each class session.

The finale of the Couch To 5K is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 13 outside the new Ansbach Health and Dental Clinic at Urlas.
