New hours, appointment system for passport office start in September

ANSBACH, Germany – Starting Sept. 1, the USAG Ansbach passport office features a new online appointment system for the USAG Ansbach community members. It will allow the office, which provides services such as passport applications and renewals, passport pick-up, issuing SOFA cards and rations cards, to schedule the time needed for each specific task.

This requires a change in opening hours, which will also begin Sept. 1. The new opening hours are the following:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 – 11 a.m. and 1 – 4 p.m. (by appointment only).
