Children COVID Vaccine Drive

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) authorized the Pfizer pediatric two-shot doses for children ages 5 to 11 years old. Please Note the Following:

• Children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
• Children MUST have and show a picture identification card, such as government ID card or passport.
