‘BOO’-S Army Garrison Ansbach celebrates Halloween

ANSBACH, Germany (Nov. 4, 2015) — The U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach community celebrated Halloween with different events and activities Thursday, Oct. 29, through Saturday, Oct. 31.

The Ansbach Middle/High School was transformed into a haunted middle/high school Thursday. On Friday at Katterbach Kaserne, there was a trunk-or-treat at Hangar 2.

Members of Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers ran a haunted house at the Katterbach Kaserne School Age Center Friday and Saturday.

Members of the German-American friendship club Outreach-KONTAKT Franken received a special invitation to participate and celebrate the holiday with their American friends at Katterbach Kaserne Saturday. After an hour of successfully trick-or-treating, the club members visited the haunted house for a good scare.
