The Ansbach Library at Bleidorn Kaserne hosts a book club certain Saturdays of the month at 11 a.m., and the USAG Ansbach community is invited. The group reads a mix of nonfiction and contemporary and classic fiction. Although the library tries to keep a full stock of book club choices, sometimes it’s good to plan ahead. Here’s what the book club discusses next:

  • Sept. 10: Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer
  • Oct. 22: Across the River and Into the Trees by Ernest Hemingway
  • Nov. 19: The Book of Aron by Jim Shepard
  • Dec. 10: The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skoot

To learn more about the book club, visit the library in person at Bleidorn Kaserne, or contact them by visiting http://ansbach.armymwr.com/europe/ansbach/programs/libraries or  www.ansbach.army.mil/DirectoryL.html#Library.
