Due to repairs in proximity to the Katterbach side of the Bismarck-Katterbach crossover at Highway B14 Wednesday from 12:30 to 5 p.m., drivers from Bismarck Kaserne to Katterbach Kaserne must turn left onto B14 and enter Katterbach Kaserne through the main gate.
