  1. Thank you for the instructions for ad hoc. I’m confused. How do I get my email on the list for Mass notifications. I downloaded the ad hoc app but missing that one piece of the puzzle.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

  2. Stephen Baack says:

Debbie. What message is the app giving you when you download it?

  3. The authentification error message is as follows:

You do not have access to AdHoc Notifier features. Contact your administrator for more information. [232D2W]

My husband receives the same error message.

  4. Stephen Baack says:

Hello again. Sorry you’re having issues. This can be tricky at times. In order to register with the AdHoc Notifier, you first must make sure you have both a government email and a civilian email (such as gmail, hotmail, etc.) registered with the AdHoc system. Also, that civilian email address should be accessible from your phone. Additionally, make sure you enter the organizational code exactly as is: “usa-ansbach”

If you and your husband are still having trouble, I’d strongly recommend getting in touch with the technical support contacts listed on the instructions. Personally, they were very good getting in touch with me in return. Please let me know if you are still having trouble with this after following these instructions. –Steve from Public Affairs

  5. How do I register my email with the system?

  6. what is the proper format for entering in your German phone number for USAG Ansbach personnel?

  7. Bryan Gatchell says:

If you were to enter the Storck Barracks operator line (which you can find here), the format would look like this: 011-49-984183113.
